St. Lawrence is a Montreal-style bistro designed to awaken the memories our chef and client had of his grandmother’s French-Canadian kitchen. Set in the heart of Vancouver’s Railtown district, the small, tight room with a more-is-more aesthetic encourages conversation among strangers and friends alike.
