Savio Volpe

Drawn from the Italian roadside osteria, or 'country tavern', Osteria Savio Volpe is a humble, elemental and irreverent neighbourhood restaurant in Vancouver’s Fraserhood neighbourhood. Centered around the principles of Italian family values, nods to the restaurant’s muse, Savio Volpe or 'wise fox', can be seen throughout the space, whether it be his suits used as upholstery, his wine on the shelves or his butchering knife hanging from the wall.
