Located within The Well in Toronto’s King West, Reformd is the world’s largest purpose-built Lagree reformer Pilates studio, a new concept from Sweat & Tonic. Here, fitness, hospitality, and spectacle move in concert, each reinforcing the other to create a space where movement takes the lead and every detail is composed to support it.
The studio features thirty Megaformers flanking a central platform that elevates the instructor as both guide and stage performer. Neutral-toned surfaces set the stage for fully integrated chromatic lighting and audio systems tuned not just to volume and colour, but to stamina, recovery, and focus.
Beyond the studio, a private training room lowers barriers for new guests, while concealed back-of-house paths keep transitions smooth and unseen. The class unfolds as a sequence, precise, intentional, and composed—supported by the architecture, atmosphere, and rhythm of the space.
Reformd examines the discipline of reformer Pilates as an experience to be felt. The studio is a stage, the room a vessel, and the guest an active part of ritual: choreographed, charged, and rooted in the connection between mind and body.
