Pidgin

This Japanese-French-west coast fusion restaurant was named after the ‘pidgin’ language, dictating a kind of creative amalgamation in both concept and execution. Located in the historic district of Vancouver’s Gastown neighbourhood, Pidgin aims to mimic the cultural diversity of its menu, while fusing Japanese farmhouse and contemporary laboratory aesthetics.
