In Chef Daniel Costa’s trilogy of venues sits Olia, the sister venue to Mimi and Va, with Olia taking the lead in dining focus within this multi-platform space.

Olia is ultimately a nice, classic dinning room that’s never quite allowed to be entirely too nice or too classic.

Here we’ve calibrated the space not for spectacle, but for presence. A space where time unfolds easily beneath the butter-soft glow of a canopy of linen lamps. An achromatic, warm palette establishes a canvas for the colours on the plate, while fragments of feature materials stand apart. Segments of Santorini quartzite and blue pendants by Lambert et Fils, in particular, dance pleasantly against the mellow backdrop.

The backlit, lacquered, framed bar serves as the anchor of the space, hosting the silhouettes of bottles and a collection of curios. Like the Baldassari-meets-fumetto, pop-inspired art and the occasional sculptural elements that dot the room, they add layers of individuality and charm.

A newly born, yet timeless dame.
