In Chef Daniel Costa’s trilogy of venues, alongside Va! and Olia, Mimi emerges as a distinctive nocturnal experience.

The design draws inspiration from the careless glamour of Milanese lounge culture and the ever-chic sciura, evoking the luxurious nonchalance of nights that unfold without haste. Mimi’s interiors layer deep brown leathers, glossy reds, and Rosso Rubino marble with gestures of chrome and velvet, creating a cinematic sensibility.

Rooted in the hedonistic spirit that propelled the art and music of Italy through the ’70s and ’80s, Mimi speaks to a culture of pleasure without pretence or protest. Not satisfied to simply reference a bygone era but rather evoke its essence in an atmosphere where beauty, indulgence, and authenticity coexist.
