A Venetian-inspired restaurant serving cicchetti and lambrusco at the street level of Vancouver’s Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel. The design is an homage to mid-century Italian simplicity, featuring rich wood paneling and bright pops of colour that contrast with classic Calacatta Manhattan marble.
