An honest interpretation of what Italian dining means to us personally. With a goal of packing the room with people to create a sense of familial closeness to an almost uncomfortable degree, we employed strategies of using small tables, close seating, and familiar finishes one may have found in their family’s 70s home. Using common materials and avoiding unnecessary embellishment gives room an easy nostalgia.
