Kissa Tanto is a Japanese-Italian restaurant modeled after the Jazu Kissa, or jazz cafés, of Japan. Located in Vancouver’s Chinatown, Kissa Tanto strives to transport guests to a time and place: an eccentric, romance-laden jazz parlour of the 1960s.
